Cheney's Bid for Justification

This, is what I'm talking about. Cheney just threw it right in the face of every weak, spineless Democrat who was elected in the 2006 landslide to "clean up Washington" and has done precisely... Nothing! Cheney, Bush II, Rumsfeld, Rove, even Bush I (that's right, I said it) are laughing at the American people, and Congress and the Senate, with its supposed oversight. What Cheney is saying is directly linked to Arianna Huffington's post about accountability. Where is it?
